This file is a self healing and relaxation file. It’ll heal you from anxiety and stress in general.
The awakener is suggested, but isn’t used to wake you instantly from the file. It is meant to be used by you whenever you are ready to leave the trance. – I recommend setting an alarm in case you have difficulty.
